6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to ResignWell in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Either party may terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

You and ResignWell agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in the jurisdiction where ResignWell is incorporated for any actions not subject to arbitration.
